All long-term measures, services and referrals are recoded in the support and safety plan which is part of a victim’s personal file. The referral to an organisation, the updated risk assessment and the updated support and safety plan are also appended to the victim’s personal file. Also added are copies of the documents used for the referral. The completion of the case after the return is also recorded in the personal file.
After the victim of trafficking is informed about their rights under the CVAVCA, a protocol is drawn up and registered at the registry office of the respective authority. A sample financial compensation application is provided to the victims by the National Council for Assistance, the regional governors, the MoI authorities or the victim support organisations.
